Sunrise Cottage
RENT: $3500 per week for up to 6 people (including children), with a one week minimum, two weeks over December holidays. Additional days are prorated at the weekly rate. An extended stay discount of 10% is offered for reservations of four or more weeks.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $600 per week is required to confirm your reservation. The full rental fee is due 90 days before arrival. The deposit is returned to you after your stay, minus the cleaning fee (below).
CLEANING: A non-refundable outcleaning fee of $350 plus tax is charged. For stays of 2 weeks or more a complementary interim cleaning is offered, including complete linen service.

Moonrise Guest Cottage
RENT: $1200 per week for one or two additional people.
DEPOSIT: An additional deposit of $300 per week is required to confirm your reservation.The full rental fee is due 90 days before arrival. The deposit is returned to you after your stay, minus the cleaning fee (below).
CLEANING: A non-refundable outcleaning fee of $150 plus tax is charged. For stays of 2 weeks or more a complementary interim cleaning is offered, including complete linen service.

Adjacent to one another, Sunrise and Moonrise Cottages work well together for small groups of friends or for family reunions (up to eight people, including children).

CANCELLATIONS: A security deposit is required to make reservations of which 50% is refundable if your reservations are cancelled at least 120 days before your arrival date. If we are able to rebook your dates we return your full deposit, minus $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable unless we can rebook the property. (We would make every effort to do so.) Your security deposit will be returned to you, minus your outcleaning fee, within 30 days of your stay.
TAXES: Hawaii state taxes (TAT and GET) of 13.416% will be added to the rent.
THESE ARE NON-SMOKING HOUSES: Please respect this requirement or we will reluctantly have to retain your security deposit.
We also ask everyone to respect the honored Hawaiian tradition of always REMOVING SHOES while in the house.

DISCLAIMER: We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the surrounding environment is as pleasing as possible. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we will strive to repair or replace it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that televisions, appliances, etc. will not break down during your stay (especially with the unrelenting salt air) and therefore, no refunds or adjustments can be made for mechanical failure. We cannot take responsibility for any other unexpected situations beyond our control such as power outages, insects, weather, nearby construction and the like. Thank you for your understanding.
